"I did a review today on Yelp and yesterday I think I did it on Angies List where I got this company. But I am going to review anyway. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this service. I needed a hill clean up badly. My 98 year old dad lives in Monterey Park and the hill is required to be cleaned up yearly per City ordinance. We had hired someone through Home Advisor who did not follow through and obviously did not do the job after several delays and demanding money up front. When we got the money back from them, I contacted Angies List and actually talked to someone there and this company HLI was recommended among others. I did not realize I had a wrong telephone number on there and so of course no one called me. So in the afternoon there is a knock on the door, and a man is standing there asking if we still needed the service? That man was Martin from HLI and I cannot tell you how impressed I was that he took the extra step to actually come all the way to the house when he could not get a hold of me. Of course I told him absolutely I need the service! I took him to see the project, we worked out a price and he told me they could be there the next morning which I agreed. I was very happy with that, and then less than an hour later oh, another knock on the door and it was Martin again telling me that they could do the job in 45 minutes from that time! I was thrilled! They came, they did the job and the cleanup and were out of my dads house by 5 p.m.! I would use this company definitely again! Thank you Martin!"

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"We have been thinking about installing solar at our house for some time now. We had some quotes but nothing really "clicked". 
On one weekend we went to a BBQ at one of my friends house and then I noticed a solar system on his roof. I asked him who did it and he said Green NRG. I got their phone number and called them for a quote. A nice guy came explained me about solar the different manufactures and the different products that are out there. He pointed out that his product might be more expensive then other companies but it is made in the USA. once i got the price i noticed the price was lower then some of the bids i got while using a better equipment. I signed a contract and within 4 weeks the installation crew were on my roof installing the system. On the first inspection they passed and a few weeks later after LADWP approved the system it was turned on. Since then I have been saving money on my electrical bill. The only thing in regards to the solar system project management in couple cases it was hard to get updates right away from the project manager. The project manager apologized and explained they are very busy and it was the end of the year and there were a lot of project in their system. Even though they were very busy the system was installed faster then the original time frame and we were very happy about that. In addition Green NRG offered us turf termination service with redesign and installation of drought tolerance landscape to reduce our water bills. The best part is that LADWP paid for that project. For the first time in my life my utility company paid for my landscape.
