"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Via the web I reached out to Angies List on Sunday 07/19/2020 for a time sensitive request to put up a rear garden 6ft fence + driveway gate ASAP. Angies List recommended 3 Contractors.- One of which was US Home Developers, INC,. Within 10 Mins Vanessa US HOME Developers, INC. Company representative called me back to schedule an in home visual survey walkthrough with Field Supervisor Daniel Dachot for the Very next day (Now thats what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service)! Based on Vanessa's quick response I new I was in good hands. Daniel arrived punctual first thing Monday morning with a good cheerful dispositon and was able to provide a good honest estimate on the spot based on services offered & provided. Daniel has years of field hard/lanscaping experience and I found him to be knowledgable, Upfront, Proactive and a True Professional who works quickly..Fabian & his team arrived the following Wednesday 7/29/2020 to put up the fence + Driveway Gate - they did an AWESOME Job and worked diligently to complete the work all in one day. THANK YOU TEAM - YOU ROCK -the fence & gate looks AMAZING!! Thank you Vanessa and Daniel for puttng this together and making this happen. "I don't use contractors much because I do most of my repairs and construction. But after my 30,000 gallon pool started dropping 3 inches of water a day after spending about $10,000 in various repairs over the past 5 years on it, I decided to have it demolished, a task that was way out of my scope. After meeting with 4 other contractors, I chose Transcend because John came off as a straight shooter and just a nice guy. Their bid was the lowest which was almost 70% lower than the highest bid. I told John what my plan was for the backfill area, a garden oasis with trees. He assured me, and even set aside before the start, that he would obtain "good" dirt and not construction backfill​ dirt. After work, I would stop by the property and check on progress. They worked efficient and effective as there was no damage to any of the structures on my property. The biggest factor though of me writing this review, as I don't write often, is these guys' integrity​. As the project got delayed 2 days because of rain I knew these guys were behind schedule and that they had another job lined up. Nonetheless, while I was at work, they rejected a load of dirt that was dropped off in front of the property and made the truck come back and pick it up as it was full of sand and gravel unsuitable for planting. This, and procuring better dirt, cost them an additional day but spoke volumes to their integrity and client's best interest. With no reservations, I recommend these guys and not for just their affordability, but great workmanship and a pleasure to work with."

"Work was completed before given time frame. Service was great! The crew came on time every day and cleaned after they left. The communication with Tom, our project manager was punctual and very helpful. We were kept upto date daily, Tom would come and monitor the project on a daily basis. He listened to our wishes and concerns and was very Kind and respectful. We are very happy with the out come. They were very detail oriented so everything looks amazing. We defiantly got more value for what we spend. Construction at your home is never easy and there were days that we had to face a lot of challenges, but they were on top of things and always took care of any issue that came along. I found my to go to contractor. Recommend them highly"
