Customers say: Quick response

"Demolished existing courtyard and circular driveway. Regraded the entire courtyard. I had flooding of my house caused by passed heavy rains. The workers were on time, left the property clean everyday. Chris came up with additional ideas for the project, which enhanced the project! I finished with stamped concrete. Very pleased with completed project, and very well priced."

Small jobs welcome

"Juan and Dirty Hands Services was terrific! We tried for a year to get a retaining wall built and concrete poured for an outdoor kitchen, however several estimates were outrageous....and the one who wasn't never showed up. I went through Angie's list and Juan responded immediately, arrived within a day and gave us a very reasonable quote! He completed the work as promised, on time and was gracious when we had some last minute design changes! I could not recommend him and Dirty Hands Services more! If you want quality work done in a very timely manner and with a positive attitude, call Dirty Hands! You will not be disappointed!"

Concrete Driveways FAQs, answered by experts

Pressure washing your home or fence can make a major difference in the appearance and may even help extend the life of the structure you’re cleaning. Some of the most common areas that people pressure wash around their property include:

  • Driveway: $100–$250

  • Patio: $100–$200

  • Fence: $150–$300

  • Gutters: $50–$150

  • Roof: $450–$700

  • Siding: $150–$1,400

  • One-story house: $150–$750

  • Two-story house: $400–$1,400

  • Three-story house: $700–$1,800

Upkeep for stamped concrete driveways only includes regular rinsing, sweeping, and an annual power wash. During the winter, stamped concrete is very durable in snow and ice, but it's best to avoid the overuse of rock salt for its long-term stability. Additionally, address cracks and potholes as soon as they appear to keep them from growing.

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.

In most cases, driveway repair is worth the investment. Your driveway is one of the first things people see when they look at your home, so repairing cracks, chips, and potholes can improve your home’s curb appeal and overall value. Repairing your driveway is also almost always more affordable than replacing it entirely—an average of $1,765 compared to the cost of replacing a driveway, which typically costs around $5,000.

Decks, driveways, siding, and patios are common areas that see improved appearance.
