But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. He conducted a diagnostic and determined the Gas Control had failed. On his own, Saul called the water heater company and determined the part had to be ordered from the Water Heater company (Rheem), but also found the part was under warranty. The company shipped the part the location where the WH was located. Saul advised as soon as we received it, he would return to the house and complete the repair. It arrived mid morning two days later. I contacted Saul, and true to his promise, he returned to the house and completed the repair. It took him several hours in the hot sun.
