"James and Anastasia were very professional and friendly. The did an excellent job. Was a little concerned because we already had some tile and they would have to connect to it. The did a beautiful job making a threshold for the transition. They had to cut a lot of tiles and did a great job on it. We couldn't be happier with the job. We love the finished floors."

"Henry and his brother, Manuel, did a fantastic job removing the wooden baseboards in two of my bathrooms and replacing them with tile baseboards that match the floor tile. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room. She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources. Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me. That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.
