"They did a great job with coming out and giving me an estimate. I kind of knew I needed their further services but I just can't afford it right now so I know I'm going to use them in the future but right now I'm not going to continue with that project. So the inspections was a really good job, I was very satisfied with that they did. He was very thorough and he was very knowledgeable, he gave me a lot of information that I did not know, his explanation was easy too comprehend and he did a great job with explaining everything."

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.
