I had a few different contractors give estimates, some higher and some lower than David, but I immediately had a great feeling about him as he took the time to explain the process, how he would approach the project, and he paid particular attention to the details that I had initially overlooked (sealing the grout, how tiles line up, pattern ideas, transition pieces, etc.) He started the work early Monday morning (showed up exactly on time), and he was meticulous with the prep work to ensure my place remained clean and un-impacted by the dust. "Working with Cody was a pleasure. He was very responsible save and came the first day I placed the request. We got a very competitive bid and the work started on time. When they ran out of time in the one day, they scheduled to come back a couple days later to finish up the job. Pictures are the before and after for the right side of our driveway. Also our lower left corner (didn’t do a before pic but you couldn’t see the road or grass area near the road). We are now even more fire safe and have much more usable space in our front yard. We can’t wait to have them come back to do the upper part of our property."
