"Bradbury Garage Doors is an efficiently ran company. From initial consultation to actual installation, the entire process only took 6 days. I initially inquired about an estimate late one evening, and I received a response 1st thing the very next morning. An in home consultation was set up for later that afternoon. During the consultation, I was able to meet Ron Schrader from Bradbury Garage Doors. He assessed my Garage needs, and even before providing the option to replace all (Garage door, Motor, rail - all were 15 years old), he provided a solution of REPAIRING our door. This provided us with a sense of trust, comfort & genuineness to work with Bradbury Garage Doors. In the end, we decided on an installation of a door, motor, rails that was installed by Chris Goebel, as well as who I assume to be the Owner's son. They completed the install in roughly 5 - 6 hours, inclusive of hauling away all parts that were taken down. They did a GREAT job. Very courteous, polite, and professional! Owner Phil Bradbury and Team run a GREAT Customer Centric Company. That was evident when Phil was able to work with us regarding the final invoice thus, solidifying an amazing customer experience!!!
