"We're a GC who subcontracted Foundations on the Level and they did an excellent job for us. They installed 3 Push Pier Brackets to support our structure above and are scheduled to install more. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.

Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs.
