"Absolutely horrible. I scheduled a service, got rude phone calls from the cleaner who was supposed to come to my house. I spoke to support about this and they assured me they would fix the situation, but instead they canceled my booking without informing me at all, so the cleaning I was counting on did not happen and I am still struggling to get in touch with them about being compensated."
