"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"Three men and twenty-four foot truck. Arrived on time and work was completed by 4:30 pm. Movers (Kevin, Sam, & Ruben) professional and when unsure of something we’re quick to ask questions and provide solutions to issues as they arose. Furniture was expertly wrapped in moving quilts and secured with plastic wrap. They were careful moving items from upstairs and protected the laminate flooring. This was my first time using MSJ and I was impressed with their professionalism. The office coordinator (Carlos) was helpful and quickly returned my phone calls when I was in process of arranging for this move. It took a little bit longer to move than estimated, but this was not unexpected and cost was within my budget."

Reliable Delivery is not the cheapest but we will hire them again to move back into our house once remodels are done. They were responsive to our needs (dates, times, packing materials, etc.), spot-on punctual, and took exceptional care in handling our stuff. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured like it was going across the country, not just a few miles. Delivery was same day and they took great care to avoid any damage to stuff or the house we moved into. They set up everything where we needed it and even moved a couple of couches that were already in the rental house. The crew of three were hardworking, quick and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It was amazing to watch them work."
