All aspects of the move were handled in a prompt and timely manner. "We needed to move about half of our household goods across town to a rental for several months. Reliable Delivery is not the cheapest but we will hire them again to move back into our house once remodels are done. They were responsive to our needs (dates, times, packing materials, etc.), spot-on punctual, and took exceptional care in handling our stuff. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured like it was going across the country, not just a few miles. Delivery was same day and they took great care to avoid any damage to stuff or the house we moved into. They set up everything where we needed it and even moved a couple of couches that were already in the rental house. The crew of three were hardworking, quick and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It was amazing to watch them work."

"We recently retired from working for the City of Tampa, and were planning a move to North Carolina to be closer to our remaining family members. Got referrals from Home Advisor for moving companies, and after checking BBB ratings on each were very impressed with All Roads Express for their A+ rating, good reviews and overall customer satisfaction rating! When I called I spoke with Mark, who was extremely helpful in planning our anticipated move date and inventorying all of our household items to be moved. He even gave some helpful suggestions on how we might reduce cost for the move. He was always available, and patiently assisted when we called back with several adjusted load plans. We were confident that we were in good hands, and paid a deposit to reserve our planned move date. Although we ultimately had to cancel that reservation to do a self-move (due to a number of other expenses that arose from our purchase of house/property in North Carolina), Mark continued to show nothing but very professional and courteous demeanor and conversation when we called to advise him of our change in plans. He was even able to process a very expeditious refund of our deposit with All Roads.
