"The moving service went smoothly although one dining room chair was damaged during the move. MSJ movers were notified of the issue and the item was promptly repaired per contract agreement. All aspects of the move were handled in a prompt and timely manner. Initially, I was concerned about the handling of the damaged property, but since that issue was handled to our satisfaction, I am revising my review and would like to withdraw the original review on 10/30/20."

"All Service Moving was exceptional. Great customer service - easy to schedule and flexible. Royce & Frost did an AMAZING job moving all of our very heavy and fragile belongings. "We needed to move about half of our household goods across town to a rental for several months. Reliable Delivery is not the cheapest but we will hire them again to move back into our house once remodels are done. They were responsive to our needs (dates, times, packing materials, etc.), spot-on punctual, and took exceptional care in handling our stuff. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and secured like it was going across the country, not just a few miles. Delivery was same day and they took great care to avoid any damage to stuff or the house we moved into. They set up everything where we needed it and even moved a couple of couches that were already in the rental house. The crew of three were hardworking, quick and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. It was amazing to watch them work."

"We used All-Roads Express to move from Florida to Texas and were very satisfied. During the estimating phase the sales representative was extremely helpful. As the move date was imminent we were kept updated on the status of our moving truck and forewarned about potential schedule adjustments. While the move was underway we found the staff on both the loading and unloading to be extremely customer oriented and competent. After the move the driver pointed out a needed furniture repair which the company promptly resolved."
