It took two days instead of one day partially due to the fact that one of the gate posts had to be set in concrete and needed to dry before wood fencing boards could be attached. The new gates seem to be better built and are using stronger hardware than the previous gates had used. As the installation project progressed the two installers asked questions regarding the details of the fence and how we preferred the details to be done. So it appeared as if they genuinely wanted to do a good job and have us satisfied when the job was completed. Even though some heat records in the area were broken during those days they continued working on the project until completion."

"Superb service and quality door. This was the 2nd company I had come do an estimate. The owner or manager on the phone pointed me to their on-line catalogue and scheduled an estimate. They came promptly (that evening). The representative was professional and answered all of my questions. I ordered the door and expected a much longer wait for it to be manufactured since I chose a wood-tone look. The door arrived in 3 weeks (instead of predicted 6) while others were up to 3 months. The crew arrived early and got it installed in a couple hours - on a Friday. This included all the door parts - new rails, rollers, door. The field tech checked and we showed him a window discoloration that was between the panes. The installers came the next Monday morning and replaced two windows (one that we noted and one the tech noted was discolored). The door is SO quiet. The nylon wrapped wheel axels and rollers as well as a well-aligned installation are nearly vibrationless. We have the same door opener, so I know it's the door. Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."

I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed. A bonus is that with the new rollers he installed, the door is much quieter when opening or closing.
