Most other trades we sub-out but have great relationships with companies who do electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring/tile work, cabinets, and many other home repair needs. We ask for a small deposit to start the job, but most of our billing occurs at the completion of the job. We work on both a time and material basis as well as bid projects, whatever the customer prefers.

Using the best equipment, procedures, and expertise, we accomplish jobs safely, effectively, and adhere to strict guidelines and warranties.
