(The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. When I wrote Mr. Straus that my worry was not about the lack of invisibility of a single seam but the fear it might unravel with time. He guaranteed he would fix it if that happened. "Debbie in customer service is very organized, polite and quick to respond to questions and requests. Saul and his crew did a great job on our wood and ceramic floors. I had discussed with him exactly what I wanted the final design to look like and he made some suggestions on how to make it happen. I felt there was a bit of a lack of communication between the installers and the office; as well as the installers and me the client. If I hadn't checked in every morning they would've finished the job without calling me at all, and there were a few things that I had them correct. Overall I am happy with the job they did and the price compared to some of the other bids we got. We ended up running out of the stair molding because we underestimated the length that we needed; SW sent Saul out again 2 weeks later to finish those few steps."
