"Everardo and his helper were early and ready to get to work on the waste removal we needed. They got the job done very EFFICIENTLY AND THROUGH. . They were very friendly and professional. The Communication we had the day before when discussing the job, the days and time of availability was very responsive and prompt to hold communication to resolve our project need which demonstrated eagerness to work and help us with this waste removal project. "service was great and so was the price. contractor who did the work was very pleasant and professional. the only thing is he accidently cut down my baby lilac bush. it was just in the twig stage with about 20 leaves on it so it might have looked like a weed. otherwise, this contractor was fast and clean. would love to have him back. :)"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.

Household products such as paints, cleaners, oils, and batteries are considered hazardous and should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Instead, look for local household hazardous waste collection facilities where you can safely dispose of these items without harming the environment or human health.
