This installation of security cameras was for my new business and had to be esthetically pleasing due to the nature of the business (Day spa). They showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. The system was set up quickly and was beautifully done. He walked us through the steps of operating the system and it was fairly simple to understand. I even had enough left over to have him do additional work by installing a magnetic door lock which works great! A few days later I installed a cash register that caused the camera system to go off line. I called Kevin and he answered the first time I called him. He came out immediately and checked the system. He informed me that the register I had required it s own IP address that couldn t be shared with other devices due to the transactions that would occur. He quickly resolved the issue without incurring any extra cost. Very professional company, they do great work and are quick to respond to any issues.
