Later that same day, he had an updated schedule and was able to come a week early which was great for us and he arrived a little early, did his inspection, we discussed options and hired him to do the job, which thankfully he was able to do then. He wrote up his report, submitted it, came back in from his vehicle and did the work in a very efficient and timely manner.
