It went great. He left traps for us also, that are good for up to a year. Also, when we move they will move with us.

It was a Big Deal purchase. We signed up with them and we expected them to call back to give us a synopsis of what happened during their visit but that never happened so we don't know what type of roach they found and what the causes of the roach infestation were. I expected some feedback but I never got any feedback from them. Nobody in their office contacted me to let me know what they had found. They responded promptly. I didn't have any problems with that. They were very professional and they contacted me to let me know. I only had to pay the price of the deal. The price is okay.

It must be working because we don't have any issues :)  And when I do need him to deal with an issue, he is over here asap!  Great to work with, great prices.

Last summer my wife was upset due to the amount of bugs that were making its way into the house. Mostly the water cockroaches or asian cockroackes. My wife in a panic called them and was quickly prompted for i think $140 to show up 1 time!!!!! After explaining her shock at such a high price they offered her a cheaper plan but it was for multiple visits. They came out and sprayed the house. They knocked on the door and introduced themselves. Explained how and where they spray and my wife signed the papers to allow them to do the work. They sprayed 1 time and never showed back up. I was still getting bills but was not being serviced any more. I was not the one who did the arranging so i called up and with my wife added me to the account. I asked them why we are not being serviced. They then told me they did. I was shocked! They did? When? Who did they talk to when they were there? How did you get into my back yard with out my key? They said oh we didnt go in the back yard. I explained that I dont need the front yard sprayed. Thats now where my kids play or my wife garden! Not only that but no one showed up! They told me that they leave notes on the door they dont always knock and they might have come when no one was home. #$%^$#%# WHAT!?!?!?!  So i told them i would call them back after i checked my security cameras. They gave me a time and day and i found nothing! So i said hey just stop service and go away. Im not interested. They then wanted to charge me $80 to cancel the contract and like $60 for the ghost visit. I said if anyone canceled the contract it was you for not showing up! After being transfered to a "manager" we agreed to start over and if i paid up my bill he would make sure i was being serviced and have them come to the door. If they came they would service the house and leave something like a door hanger or card in the door. I gave them a second chance. A month or two passed and still no cards or door hangers. I asked my wife if she had seen them or picked up any hangers on the door. She said no, nothing. I called them back and tried again to figure it out. This time i got a short tempered lady who tried to give me the same BULL as before. My notes say he was there. The technition was there on so and so date he wrote it right on the ticket. Again i checked my cameras and nothing. So im just supposed to take your word for it that someone came to my house and sprayed an invisable liquid and im supposed to pay you? I told her about the conversation i had with the manager about servicing me. About giving me some hard proof someone was in my back yard. The basic of things i ask for ! PROVE to me you were here! I still have bugs and my wife is still freaking out! I told the lady i just want you guys to go away. Tear up the bill and never call me again. She then told me, well if you pay the $80 cancel fee and the $60 for the last service we will end this all now....  Im not paying you for doing nothing. Its not right! Lady said, well im not going to argue with you over this give me your phone number and ill have a manager call you back. ... 4 days later, nothing. So currently i have a bill due to them that im attempting to dispute. I had evidence on my security camera system that they were not there at the time they said they were. They refused to do the back yard the few times they serviced me after the main service. There is something croked here, this is now how you run a buisness. I have called a different company and they are now servicing me, calling me when no one is home, asking permission to enter the back yard, leaving notes proving to me they were there. Its a simple thing to prove to your customers that they are getting good service. I would not recomend these guys to anyone.

I have used Clark Pest Control for years and I have been very happy with them.  They do quality work and are very professional.  My only complaint is that the window of time they show up in is a bit too long.  However, I will continue to use them in the future.

I found out they weren't doing a good job and I canceled their services. There was a little round plastic top attached to a screwed in piece of wood that they used to put a liquid in. They stopped doing that and began just lifting it to see that no termites were eating it up. I was paying $100. a month for peeking. Now I peek for myself. They were very good up to that point. They were the most reasonably priced at the time. I would use their services again.
