I don't think I've ever seen a job go as well. The owner, Lee, along with his crew member Manuel, impress me in so many ways. When Lee first bid the job, he had lots of great ideas not just about the overall design and work, but also ways to save me money. He did not take a deposit up front, and only a small one when the job started. From there he billed based on the completed portion of the job and never came back for more money when complications came out of the blue for him. About the schedule, Lee said they would be there every day until the job was done, and he was right. They arrived on time daily and never left a mess. It is said that any construction process is painful for the owner, but that if a job is well done the pain quickly fades. With Highland landscaping, there is no pain in the first place.
