Old flashing was removed except for the portion under the patio door. New flashing was carefully placed near the patio door both under and over the water proofing material. Tile was installed over the water proofing material using thin set with careful attention to sloping the deck. The tiles and grout lines were perfectly laid out and installed. The entire project was done with minimum delays. Bay easy construction did and successfully accomplished everything they promised to do. We were very impressed by the professionalism and the experience of the crew. Everyone that worked on this project was honest, considerate and very friendly. We were so satisfied with the performance that we asked Bay Easy to bid on other work for the house."
