The cleaners were efficient and the house always smells fresh (not like bleach) when they leave. I now have them on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule so that I only have to do the touch ups. When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter.
