He was neat clean and also when we came out to see how it was going he was quick to acknowledge us and inform us of what’s going on. He did a good job, he was very nice, and I was comfortable with having him in my house. I just don?t think he is very organized and it is too hard to get into contact with him. He didn?t charge me an installation fee because it was so much of a hassle to get him in. That was nice and I appreciate him doing that but time is important too. I will probably try someone else next time."
