"So hard to figure out who to go with when needing a service. I selected AZ Appliance as their ratings were 5*. And geez did they meet up to it. They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. I did not price shop or call around. I went to 5* reviews and they were there sitting alone at the top. I am not worried about the price of things, just as long as they're done right. Creig works well with the elderly, understands what is asked of him and is varied in his skills, (he did electrical and carpentry work for us). He is a friendly young man who is quick and professional. We are glad we found him, we'll be using C.F. Services [Creigh Fitzgerald] in the future as there are so many things that need to be done around the house that do not require contractors licenses. I would recommend you give the C.F. "I have a 48" 532 Sub Zero that is 26 years old and the freezer stopped working and the refrigerator was getting warmer. the rest of the refrigerator is in pristine condition. I had two technicians come out to inspect the unit. The first charged $98.00 and told me it would be $2,200 to repair only the freezer or I should just go out and purchase a new Sub Zero at a cost of over $12,000.00. The second inspection determined the problem was only the freezer compressor and I needed a refrigerator temperature controller. However, he wouldn't do the complicated repair. I purchased the two parts he suggested and proceeded to call around for someone to replace these components and recharge the system. After speaking to 6 companies and researching 12 more that had mixed or poor reviews, only two were capable of doing the repairs. One couldn't come out for a week and my conversation with him was less than reassuring. Gus at GVC Appliance Repairs came out the very next day. He was more competitive than the others and was the most helpful on the phone. He and Greg showed up on time, verified the problem, and corrected it as they promised. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Everything is working as I hoped for and in the end I saved not only $11,000.00 for a new unit but I didn't have to extract a built in refrigerator from the kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone needing a fair and professional service performed on any of their appliances. I feel fortunate to have found them after experiencing the marketplace for this kind of repair.

"Having dealt with many contractors in the past, it was refreshing to have Ertan show up on time - sometimes early! He started on our recessed lights and quickly had them installed within the first day. One of the things we were most concerned about was the damage that would result from installing the recessed lights in existing construction. We were pleased that Ertan took great care to minimize the number of cuts he had to make into our walls. For those cuts that he did have to make, he professionally patched them and sanded them over (we still need to paint, though). He was quick on installing the new circuit breaker panel and meter, installing grounding rods, and installing the electric (and spa disconnect) for our hot tub. What one contractor told us would be a 2-week project took Ertan only 4 days to complete. We did have one small problem after Ertan finished the project, but he was very responsive and quickly came to our house to resolve the issue. All in all, we would definitely use Ertan again. I can't say enough about his punctuality and willingness to do what we asked. We would recommend him for most any project."

"Hajji was so concerned about my problem with my refrigerator and made every effort to come as soon as possible. He was in constant contact with me and always arrived promptly. I mentioned that I had a problem with my dryer so he made another appointment and now my fridge and dryer are both working!! Hajji also gave me instructions regarding how to properly use appliances to keep them functioning properly. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAJJII TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!!
