"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time.
