Royalty Builders was such a good company to work with. We worked with Liroy on getting pavers installed in our backyard and driveway, and they look amazing! They were so helpful with helping us choose the best design for my house and we agreed on the scope of the work that needed to be done. They were very efficient to make everything look great. There was no change order and the work was completed on time even when a pandemic was getting in the way haha. I recommend them to everyone who wants renovations done.

I have done a lot of work in my house and I have dealt with different contractors I the past, but this time I found a real gem. Liroy of the Royalty Builders took care of the renovation of our additional family room, electrical re-wiring of the entire house, installation of our vinyl floors, relocation of the tank-less water heater, and the creation of a walkway that could accommodate handicaps in a span of 9 weeks. Liroy treated us like family yet he exudes professionalism and utmost dedication. Whenever problems arise during the construction, he was flexible to deal with them and patient enough to accommodate our needs and requests as well. He was present in all the aspects of renovation projects and attends all the meetings as much as he can, and being punctual at that! What I specifically like about him is his transparency in everything he does by always updating us on the progress of the work they're doing. He truly understands the goal of our project and helped us with functionality even on a budget. As it comes with his professionalism is his keenness to cleanliness. He made sure that his staff removed the debris and dirt at the end of every workday. Most importantly, I am very please with the quality of his workmanship. He truly delivers! I would not hesitate to refer or recommend him to everyone I know as I want them to experience as well the satisfaction my family and I had with his work!

When I bought my house last year we thought about making some minor and major remodels. One of the first things we were going to do was install a bathtub. I couldnâ t believe it didnâ t have one. The upstairs bathroom had the perfect space for it. When we finally got round to renovating that part of the house we were so excited that Royalty Builders Inc. would be helping us. They helped us pick out the tub, and compliment the flooring with the tub, new vanities and lighting. That bathroom is like my little spa now. I couldnâ t be happier with how it turned out. Easiest and most professional home improvement company. I first requested an estimate, and Liroy, the project manager, was super helpful, professional, a honest- he even created a free 3D design of what I needed done. They did a beautiful job in renovating my whole house, and converting my garage into a room. In addition, they did my whole kitchen- cabinets included. Top quality material and beautiful modern look. My house looks like a whole new house. They even followed up with me after this project- they definitely care about their customers. Definitely will go back to them for future projects!

I hired Royalty Builders after receiving multiple bids for different companies. Royalty Builders was one of the higher bids, however I feel that it was worth the money! My project manager was professional, caring, and responsive. The process was very simple we had 2 long meetings where I sat with Liroy the owner of the company. He explained the entire process thoroughly and created a 3-D before and after design of my home. I was able to see what the final product would be before we even started. After the 2 meetings we set a start date and end date which was spot on. Overall I had a great experience and I was very pleased with their craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication.

They were reasonably priced, great customer service, reliable, responsible, did a clean job and I didn't have to call them twice.
