"Saturday night at 9pm we heard a loud noise in a closet and crashing in the attic. Called Brian who said 'no problem, be right over' and he was. Checked the closet -- all clear; checked the attic and saw a rat which he removed, all by 10pm. We will have him back next week to track down how the rat got in and close that off. Top notch work. Very efficient and knowledgable"

"Cesar was very friendly and helpful and they got the job done quickly and professionally."

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Who ya gonna call? Definitely Rodent Busters! Burak responded right away. Julio came out same day and sealed everything up! No gimmicks with monthly programs. No rodenticides. Just seal up house and set traps. They also came back to check traps few weeks later. We've tried many companies over the years and these guys got it done on first try! Responsive, customer focused and effective! Highly recommend them! We are very grateful for problem solved!!"

"Update: I talked to Mark, got hold of him and he apparently had an emergency situation and couldn't come back to me. He came in and did an amazing job. For now we don't see Rodents anymore. He helped us clean garage as a bonus to customer satisfaction. There is no way you can reach their customer service. It takes several calls and days to get any response. They are very responsive till they get business and money. My take is they are only getting business and never doing all the work they promised. This company will almost get you instantly same day because they are not doing work for already signed up customers. There is a reason other companies take a couple of days time before they can show up. I hired them for one time rodent infestation removal and one year contract for pest control sprays every month after initial spray. I was told I have to pay before they start work. I wrote a $2000 check in exchange for few traps and Bait. While we did get one rat and possibly some that ate bait outside and it helped. They promised to show up every week and change traps till they catch all and also seal all openings into house after 4 weeks. So far I have one visit after the signup visit that helped but no response there after. They do know how to handle situation, I wish they were proactive considering the fact they are hired to eliminate rodent infestation as early as possible and so why customers are paying that heavy price tag."

"Bryce has been our technician for quite some time. He is absolutely fantastic. Always calls ahead of his arrival , and knows what to look for and handles the bug/ hornet situation. He is very personable , and I would highly recommend him"

"Pest Busters is reliable and responsible, They eliminated my rodent problem under the house and in the attic. I then had them clean up the attic and remove all the old insulation and install new insulation. All the work was completed on schedule. I can count on Pest Busters to do an excellent job."

"Zachary was excellent -- punctual, knowledgeable, meticulous in his work."

"We had bats that very rousting in our gas fireplace flue and attic. Western Bat quickly remedied the situation by bat proving our home and removed the bats from our fireplace."
