"I was originally planning to get a wooden door, but Tony explained how much cheaper and easier it would be just to get a pre-hung metal door. He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems. "Marco is much better than most licensed general contractors.  He really cares about doing the job right.  He provided a flat rate for labor and provided materials at cost.  His estimates as to both time and money were accurate.  He arrived on time each and every day and the work progressed without dealy or interruption.  He discussed the pros and cons of various materials and construction techniques.  Marco is both clever and resourceful - he was able to pull the listing structure into position with little problem.  He built temporary walls to hold the structure in place while he worked and reinforced the structurewith better Sampson strong ties and bigger posts and beams.  Clean up and haul away of debris was thorough.  All and all a good experience working on a steep hillside in Mt. Washington.

"WONDERFUL AND ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS! I highly recommend Best builders group. We used Best Builders Group to completely remodel our large kitchen. We received several estimates from 4 other construction companies and Best Builders Group was not the lowest nor the most expensive. But, Zohar was able to present us many sets of photos from their past projects and also seemed the most truthful from the other ones. We needed to have our kitchen fully complete within 5 weeks because we didn’t want to move in to our new house without having the new kitchen. Zohar and his skilled team did complete the kitchen project on time and a little bit less than the agreed budget. After the kitchen was complete, Zohar and his people came over several times in order to do some small adjustments as we asked (things that we can ask only after we start using the kitchen). To be more specific - they came over 3 months after the work was done.
