I had to pay $40 to have a pipe fixed. We paid $90 for a month in advance. They came out and were supposed to do the fertilizing and weeding. Jose did nothing. Weeds are still growing in the yard. They were supposed to show up at 4 and they would show up after 5. No one answers their phones. He dumped 3 times, all of the lawn clippings into the garbage bin. I told the owner's brother also. The owner talked to him. He did this 3 times. We had to tip the trash cans over and get the lawn clippings or the city will fine us. Then Jose plants 2 ferns. He planted it wrong and they died. He planted the next one and it died. Then he planted a bush and it died. He then added a pipe, and then all of the dirt and rocks went into our pool because he used way too thin of a pipe underground. He never showed up to fix the problem. I called their office and Maria told me they cannot service me anymore because they are having customer complaints that they are running late for other jobs. She also told me that they only had time to service me for only 15 minutes. Jose broke our plant stands with a weed whacker or lawn mower and then hid them in the rock garden. They also broke glass birds in the rock garden. They planted a Eucalyptus tree too close to the house and they didn't use my soil and it is now dying. We've lost seven trees because of this company, and they haven't returned as they stated.
Description of Work: I hired them for landscaping and lawn and yard work. They charged us $90 a month.

Omar (the owner) took on this job in the middle of march on a twice a month basis and an agreement with her decided that the property need a little bit more work so we agreed that for the 1st 2 months of service to do it on a weekly basis for $90 monthly and then go back to $60 monthly. This customer and her spouse both have cancer and every time(regularly) she would call she would mention this during our conversations. Our company already had a set route for the day we agreed to service this customer and she would call us to ask if we could put her in at an earlier time but we could not be would try our best to go out at a reasonable time, but we could not start out route at one point and then go out to her house and then back to where we had started just to accommodate to her Dr.’s appointments. Once there she would ask our guys to do more than was set for that day. Our employee suggested that some trees would look nice in the area indicated, but did not force the customer to purchase them to buy them with birthday money that they had gotten from friends as stated in a phone conversation with me (Maria). I never told her or gave her a time limit of service. When I informed this customer that we would no longer be servicing her home she broke down and it seemed to me that she even started to cry that what she going to do that she had no one else to help her. I let her know that our worker would go out to plant the trees since he was the one whom had suggested it and she said that was fine. The customer called me on a different day to tell me that it was not necessary for us to go out anymore, but that she would be seeking Legal Advice, so for this reason we never returned to the property. There was never any service charges totaling $330.00 I have attached proof of what was charged to her and of the payments made by the customer. We have no proof of what the customer says was broken by our employee if she has pictures to show us that they were not broken prior to our employees servicing her property then we will have our employee pay for those items. We tried to service this customer like we service any other customer, but found that what she needed was a personal gardener and that to continue to service her was causing us to get complaints from our long time customers. We cannot refund the customer for services provided because that would mean that we would have to do that for everyone whom is not satisfied with work already rendered. We are a business and we too have bills and employees to pay. This customer was very satisfied with our work and what we were doing for them until we decided not service them anymore.
