Fantastic outcome! I was initially convinced replacing my circuit breaker panel would solve my many house electrical problems. Owner Bill convinced me the intelligent/logical approach would be to trouble shoot everything before committing to same. Their staff identified several problems and professionally fixed everything at a very reasonable price. I expect to eventually upgrade the circuit breaker panel but will cross that bridge when necessary. In the meantime, very happy with how fine everything is working now. Wonderful Experience!!!

Very cordial and polite but professional bill explained the different ways I could go answering my questions and concerns about installing a car charger I did get several estimates one took several days to get back to me and one didn’t even show up at least could of got back to me or st least text me In the end I went with western sunset builders work was done great and quick there was one hiccup after the work was done my wife noticed but I missed bill took care of it the very next day which is very uncommon once you get done with work and it’s completed some of you may know if you had some construction work done dealing with contractors they don’t get back to or don’t even reply like I said bill was quick to get it done me and my wife are pleased the car charger is working great no problems thank you bill just want to say I will call bill when I do need other work done Anthony

Excellent repair

Very happy with the work completed by Bill (owner), Josh and Pat. Bill always responds promptly to text and calls and explains things clearly. Provided free quote and visited the house to confirm quote. Josh and Pat arrived on time and worked neatly. Josh was able to avoid trenching thru the ceiling even though attic space was limited. They even put back closet shelf that had to be removed to access attic. Josh and Pat even came by another day to help install a remote that I did not have on the day of installation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bill and Josh were great to work with. They were extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating. I was especially impressed with their electrical knowledge and ability to handle a complicated panel installation at my house. While installing the new panel, I happened to mentioned that I didn't have an exterior plug for my Christmas lights and they were able to install one exactly where I wanted it without any damage to the exterior of my house. There were a few other handyman issues around my house that they either had someone come out and take care of themselves or referred me to another capable company, which was extremely helpful considering I don't have a lot of time to research contractors. I am looking to get a Tesla in the near future and will absolutely be hiring Western Sunset to install the charger in my garage. You won't regret your decision to hire them for whatever electrical work you need done.

Better than expected. We retro fitted all existing can lights, added new lights and was very creative adding updated features. Didn’t know that it would make the house so much more bright and appealing. The best part that it is relatively inexpensive to do. Their work was excellent and was very clean and tidy. Bill and Joshua were great to work with.

Bill and his team were very professional. We had kitchen lights re-done and had to upgrade our electrical panel. Everything was done in a timely fashion and installed perfectly. We are looking to get more work done on our home in the near future and look forward to having Western Sunset Builders do the work.
