Vlad diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly without needing new parts, ...where another local service recommended replacing the circuit board ($$$)!

I was contacted immediately upon my request for services and an appointment was scheduled for the next day, a Sunday. Not only was their technician able to accomplish the repair, but alerted me to and resolved potential fire hazard w/ my appliance, which I was completely unaware. The technician was very professional and had great people skills -- I highly recommend Best Appliance Service and will be a return customer should I need repairs in the future.

It went well. The dryer drum had been scraping the inner side of the machine. It was causing a loud sound similar to a large chain bouncing a metal can. Best Appliance was able to come out and replaced the inner tabs that had broken off. There was a couple of other parts of the dryer I wanted replaced (older model) and he was able to obtain the parts and install. The dryer works well now. No more noise! He did a excellent job. Highly recommend!

The repairmen were very professional & fixed my refrigerator! Drain line was frozen inside freezer @ clogged at the bottom near the drain pan.

Excellent! Complex problem because more than one electrical part was "fried". Vlad checked all circuits against schematics and identified all the problems, ordered parts and installed. Oven works fine now. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant.
