Joel helped me maintain a fire safe cleared area all around my home removing huge branches & limbs from trees that had to be climbed & cabled for safety. These are tree professionals. Actual experts not just tree trimmers. My property is a steep hillside. No problem. Most of my trees are 50 to 100 years old. Some I planted as a boy. I am 63. Everything was done safely & neatly with every tree cared for so each will thrive & live another 50 or 100 years. Joel even found a dove’s nest full of baby birds on a limb 40 feet up set to be cut & came down to ask me how to proceed. His personality, level headedness, his problem solving skills, knowledge of his craft and the ability to work with others so appreciated. When he discovered a huge cavern where earth had eroded to the point of danger, he immediately ordered everything and had it fixed in a few days. He was here on time, and he stayed on the job until it was finished. Here ever day. That isn't always the case, especially when unexpected things (like a cavern) show up and the job takes longer than planned. Everything turned out perfectly, we passed the city inspections on the first try. You can't go wrong with Austyn, he is someone you can trust."
