"Chris Bowen/Legacy did an amazing consulting/selling effort in the beginning of this project. He was not on our list of potential contractors that we were going to work with. However he came over on a Saturday and started providing options on our Kitchen renovation that others had not. Additionally he provide the most flexibility, choices and variations on what we wanted to achieve. Additionally he showed us his bio-data on many of his prior renovations, the quality and workmanship was impressive. After several consulting visits, my family was sold on Chris getting the entire project. We were given several choices on the cabinets and colors. With the supply constraints, he was able to get material faster than expected. Overall his team of sub-contractors showed excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They would address all our requests and changes. Additionally, whenever we had issues, Chris would come over to discuss and try to get to a viable resolution, many times including his sub-contractors as part of the discussion Bottom line...if you looking for a general contractor who is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs, Chris and his team are a great choice."

"I appreciate the fact that Rich came out first to evaluate the job. He is very professional and friendly. Rich recommended a plumber who did a fantastic job on installing new valves for the washer/dryer. Now I don’t have to worry about water leaks. I would highly recommend Fixall Guardians."

"Patrick responded quickly to my call and was able to provide the service needed (installing a garbage disposal) the next day. He did a great job, left the work area very clean, and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was pleasant and considerate. I will definitely call him again to help us out."

"Their skilled craftsmen transformed our dated living room into a beautiful open-concept space. They removed the load-bearing wall safely, installing a massive support beam flawlessly."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben on a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and actually enjoyable. Ben was communicative and incredibly respectful of my time and home. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. His crew was equally professional, showing up on time every day and keeping the space as clean as possible. The kitchen looks great and is highly functional, and the new bathroom has transformed the way I use the space. Every finish and fixture was installed with care, and it's clear that Ben takes great pride in his work. What impressed me most was Ben's commitment to making sure everything was done right (not just quickly). He noticed things I never would've caught and applied his own high standards to my project. If I ever take on another project, he'll be my first call!"
