"It was a pleasure doing business with Vince at The Floor Maintenance Co. Not only does he have an admirable business model but he is really a nice guy.  We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended.
