We are in a third story condo, and they were prepared for the challenge with their truck mounted service and several options for using water connections, Gary pointed out an area of one rug that was previously damaged and didn’t make any false promises about the spot clearing up. They know their stuff and are kind and courteous. Will definitely hire them again the next time we need those services."
