"Only after comprehensive supervision of Richard on my part did Richard somewhat finish the job satisfactory. The whole job required extensive rework due to sloppy workmanship and faulty installation. Image 1- used caulking instead of spackle on baseboard boards, image 2-1 slopped cement everywhere and didn?t clean up, 2 sloppy grout lines, 3 tile grain going different directions. These examples are unfortunately the rule and not the exception. Richard just takes too much effort by the homeowner to make the job right while paying him at the same time. Sorry Richard, you?re a nice guy but not the professional I was hoping for and paying for. "
