Sierra Soft WashDarby and Jessica did a terrific job as they did on prior work. I especially appreciated that they voluntarily did an additional treatment on my roof where moss was the worst. They did so at no charge just to ensure that it was properly taken care of. The gutter cleaning made the gutters look really good again and same for the garden walls. Darby and Jessica work hard and do a great job plus they are so pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. Dry Tech ConstructionDry-Tech Roofing was the only roofing company I could get out on such short notice after I had a roof leak and ceiling collapse in my house after heavy rains. They were extremely professional and showed up exactly on time. After examining my roof, it looked like I would have to replace the entire thing, which unfortunately, is not in my budget (newly divorced with single income and just purchased the house from my ex). Jeremy worked with me and came up with an excellent compromise for repair and did an excellent job on the work. Work was completed within 5 days of the original appraisal! His team was very professional, and he even did the work while I was sleeping indoors for an overnight shift at the hospital. He and his team did such a great job, on such short notice, and didn't even wake me up from my much needed sleep. I am so thankful for this roofing company!! All others were booked out for a month at least and required at least a guarantee of at least $10,000 worth of work. I will always recommend and use this company in the future. They have been beyond incredible, and took an incredibly stressful burden off my shoulders!! FIVE STARS!!!- Robyn N.

Problem #1: On April 30 Jonathan Garcia, the owner, sent out a person, Brian, to clean my chimney. Brian did not speak a word of English. I couldn’t communicate my needs to him. I had to call Jonathan several times to act as an interpreter to get the job done. Problem #2: Jonathan had quoted me a price of $150 - $200 to have my chimney cleaned. When it came time to pay, he said he had misquoted the job and wanted to charge me $250. He also did not want to honor the Angi’s 5% off discount coupon. I paid him $190 ($200 – 5% off). Problem #3: A couple of days later, from outside I could see that the chimney cover was stuck on open. I called Jonathan who said he would come out and fix it. I have tried numerous times to reach him for follow up and now (two weeks later) he has not followed up and I can’t reach him.

AC window cleaning did an amazing job cleaning all of our windows!!! I am so happy to have sparkling, clean windows after years of grime! We have a 2 story home with large, small, arched and narrow panel windows ... so many windows!! They got their ladders up and perfectly cleaned every single window and screen. I have to admit that we didn't clean our windows for years, so they had to do a lot more work than usual to get our dirty windows and tracks clean (yes, they cleaned our dirty, disgusting window and sliding door tracks!) I would highly recommend them to anyone. And will be using them in the future for all of our window and solar panel cleaning!!
