Our experience with them was not so good. He showed up very late and used a razor blade to clean our windows. The windows were very clean, but they were so clean you could see all the razor blade scratches. We did not follow-up with that or anything. We do not have new windows. We have old windows, and we just figured it was not worth complaining. We just would not use them again. We paid a little bit more than the $119 big deal because we had some paned windows, and he told us that those panes would be extra. We paid around $30 extra. He was not on time and he did not really call to say that he was going to be late. He just showed up late.

The work was satisfactory and they did the work as promised in the deal.

We purchased a big deal for the service and it was fine, the guys did a great job. They were not able to wash a couple of windows, because there were screens on the outside, and that is what I learnt about the future, that I have to make sure that the exterior screens are removed before they come. This was the first time that I used them. I was pleased, because the gentleman called and confirmed the appointment, and he also called when the crew was at home, because I was not there when they cleaned, and I appreciated the professionalism. The pricing was fair, for the number of windows that they did.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. They did not show the first time they were supposed to be here. It was because of some snafu in the office. But, when they did come out they did fine. I had more than 100 feet of gutter, which was covered by the Big Deal, so it cost about another $100. The price was pretty good.

I don't think I'll be using their service again. I guess there was some disagreement between them and I about how many feet of the gutter they had to clean. I was disappointed so I'll probably not be using them again. That's just my personal experience.It was a lot more, which I expected, was fine. I wasn't there physically to be able to confirm that. At the time, I really didn't have any say so.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went wonderfully well. I paid a little bit more for the screens, it was a minimal amount. They were great.

It turned out fine. It was a pretty neutral experience. The price was little bit more because there was more windows that needed to be washed. I would use them again.

It was for four sets of window. The big deal offered so many square feet and I wanted one more set done, so they just prorated and charged me a little bit more for the extra. Most are good. They didn't do a perfect job, they also set to many people, some are doing the job, others were standing around.

They were fine. They met our expectations.

My experience with them was terrible. I'll never use them again. They used razor blades to get some taper residue over spray of the windows and scratched one of the windows. And when I contacted the company, they were just totally unresponsive; they said their guys didn't do it. And generally I was not pleased with the quality of their work. I think I got what I paid for, so it wasn't a deal - meaning, he didn't clean the corners and when you looked through the windows you would see places they missed. And it didn't seem to matter to them. They were just a bunch of guys out there kind of doing the job. So, even though I need help with windows, I wouldn't use them again. And I paid them extra when they got here because twenty windows wasn't enough, and so I paid more to have them do inside and out. I feel like I got what I paid for, but I didn't feel like it was good value; I didn't get sparkly clean windows, but they were better than they were before. And had I just gone out on the street, that's what I would probably have paid for comfortable service.

I could never get a call back from them. They were supposed to contact me and did not. I even contacted Angie's List and they were going to have them call me, but they still didn't call. I thought it really sucked that they didn't want my business. I contacted Angie's List again about it because I wanted my money back and they gave me a refund. The price would've been awesome if they had done the work.

Three workers showed up on time. They immediately counted our windows and found that we had more windows then I anticipated. They counted some windows as two, and very small 1X4 windows as one. So the count skyrocketed. Since I was having company in a couple of days, I said go ahead I need them done. My husband had shown them that he had quite a few of the windows that had old screens because the screens are hard to get off and on. The deal said they would do the screens. They did none. and only did half of the windows that had screens. Even the one's that were on sliding glass doors didn't get done. The windows had squeegie marks along the edges of the windows that I went out and cleaned off myself after they left. All in all I have had other window cleaners come and do a much better job. I ended up paying 139. plus 77 more for the "extra" windows. I really felt ripped off. Nothing was said about large windows costing double, and sliding glass doors counting as two. I will never use them again.

I purchased this Angie's List Big Deal a month ago.  The provider has called me twice now on the day of my appointment to cancel and reschedule.  Totally unprofessional.  They took no responsibility for their failure.  First they ask you to be home for a 3 hour window during the week and then they have cancelled the day of the appointment twice on me.  Then they want to reschedule as much as two weeks later because their schedule is full.  I would strongly not recommend that others use this provider.  

This deal went fine. The coupon did not cover all the gutters, but they did a good job on the ones they worked on.

How did it go overall? Just fine.

It went very well. I they were very good. They did a good job, were prompt and reliable. They dealt with my window screens without any problem and didn't complain. They were friendly.

We purchased this window cleaning through a Best Deal promo.  It was very difficult to schedule them as they had never hard of my town, which is 5 minutes from San Francisco.
When they arrived they were extremely unprofessional in attire, attitude, and hygiene.     
  
I have a two story home and the garage is on the top level, making that a third story.    But I did not ask for the garage windows to be cleaned, as the third story was not included in my deal.   They refused to clean the first and second story windows on one side of the house, saying that a ladder would not fit.    Of course a ladder fits -- how else have these windows been cleaned in the past? Jeez.  I called America's Best Corporate office where one of the kids who answers the phone, Liz,  could only say "I'd be happy to reschedule you in two weeks".  What?  I wanted the crew that was here right now to do the job that they had been hired for!
Since they refused to clean the windows on one side of the house and were on their own phones telling America's Best staff all sorts of tales about how it was impossible to clean my windows (again, they've been done in the past) I asked them to leave.      Further conversations with Liz and Bree got me nowhere, as they, who sit in an office miles away, said that my home's windows could not be cleaned.  
Not only should no one hire this company, Angies List should get rid of them as well.

The crew arrived on time and performed the work efficiently. I would hire them again.

Three men - pleasant and polite - arrived punctually to clean our driveway.
Did - at my urging - remove moss from a shady area quite well.
Otherwise did a very poor job - no better than could have been done with a hose. 
No attempt to clean darker patches (not oil stains).
