Being tired, I forgot about the deposit and paid him too much. Guillermo noticed and alerted me to my mistake, and returned the excess payment. "These guys work very hard. When some equipment didn't work on site, they didn't complain, they rolled up their sleeves and demolished a large concrete patio by hand. Would hire again for sure."

"We are thrilled by the results! Mike and his crew took out 10 boxes of dirt from a hill in our back yard all manually! They then installed a 50 x 4ft retaining wall (fully permitted) on the hill. After that poured a 60 x 10 concrete deck and steps to our new upper deck that now overlooks the pool. They then covered the new wall and existing lower wall with new custom colored stucco. We have now doubled our backyard space and for the first time in 12 years be proud to show off our backyard!
