"It is never easy having your kitchen torn up, but Hector from Bay Works Tile and Stone was wonderful to work with.  He met with me a couple of times from January to March regarding this project and went over all the details.  It took a few months for me to decide what type of material I wanted to choose and I finally decided on a travertine.  I ordered the material and we set a date based on when the product would arrive.  I asked Hector to pick the product up for me and he had no problem doing that, and did not charge me more.  The first day of demo went great and at the end of the day I went to look at the travertine and noticed it was the wrong material!  I called Hector when I realized that I had ordered honed not tumbled and he agreed to meet me at a tile shop the next morning.  We found another alternative and he even got the tile price at his cost AND agreed to take the wrong tile back at no additional cost.  What I like about Hector is his easy going attitude and his ability to problem solve and always make you feel like its under control with a smile!  This could have been a really big nightmare for myself and my family with a torn up kitchen and it worked out great.  I even like the tile I picked out better than my first choice!  His pricing is really reasonable and he doesn't nickel and dime you like other companies.  Hector wasn't the cheapest bid, nor the most expensive, and I am so glad I went with him!  Our kitchen looks fabulous!"
