"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

Then they sprayed weed killer and let it sit a couple days. Then came the new weed barrier, drip system, plants and mulch; all of upgraded quality compared to the previous installation. At our first meeting they determined the scope of the project including plant requirements and gave me a ballpark estimate. They brought me pictures of a range of plants that fit my needs.
