James examined the outlets & suggested what he thought would be best. When we got to the 4th outlet, I guess he must have read my facial expression that I was not convinced. He not only re-suggested how he thought these outlets should be reinstalled but physically showed me & stated why. I was convinced & agreed that his suggestion was best. He and his guys were very attentive, they listened and are personable. Even though the day was a scorcher, James said it would take 4 hrs which it did.
