We have a warranty plan for service. They are easy to get an appointment with. They are quick. They do a really good job. They even came out to our house to put in a new stereo system, and updated our GPS system.

They are very nice, but I don't feel I should be on top of anybody making sure the job is done right, especially since they've been cleaning my home for a year now. I've found dust in places it shouldn't have. They also don't vacuum vents.
