He knew that we were senior citizens, so he found an economical yet classy toilet that met the requirements I asked for. He was quick with the installation and left the area cleaner than he found it. "Great service and quick. Plumber was very knowledgeable. Only negative was the appointment schedule. I was told between 1pm and 2pm but the plumber didn t arrive until 4pm. I think the dispatcher or owner needs to work on how to schedule clients. Plumber for me has no fault in that."
