"The work went extremely well. The men broke up and carried away all of the concrete the first day and then poured and smoothed the new concrete the second day. They took out the forms the third day and returned on the fourth day to clean up. The men worked extremely hard, especially considering the temp reached 104 the first day when they were breaking up the concrete. Peni, the owner, is pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. When we mentioned that we thought the apron might be a foot wider, he had his men change the forms to accomplish that. His price was very good, quite competitive with the other bids we got. He has great reviews and his license and insurance are up to date. We are extremely pleased with PMT and we do not hesitate to recommend them. "It went great! What was once just dirt and weeds is now beautiful land and hardscape! Roney was very responsive to our requests and ideas and quickly came back with a design we were exited to get implemented. Within a few days a full crew was on-site to start the work. As the work started there were a few areas where his foreman Juan recommended modifications. These modifications were very positive and above and beyond the original agreement and at no additional cost to us, which made my husband very happy! Those included replacement of 3 steps to our deck from wood to concrete, increased length of the sidewalk, improved fencing beyond the original design, some additional irrigation work and fixing the base of another set of stairs to regulation height by adding flagstone. Juan had great vision for how to make these changes so the outcome went from beautiful to outstanding! And the crown jewel of this whole project is a custom, unique fire pit that I found only as a picture from the internet. Juan pulled this off with no formal instructions, just a solitary picture and his own creativity! We could not be happier and certainly recommend Babylon Garden Landscaping."
