Every other bidder told me my only option was to choose from a catalog, but Russ fashioned it from scratch! This convinced me he was the one to hire for ANY CUSTOM WOODWORK. Russ brought my vision to life by closing the stringer and building a clean and simplified trim. He worked with me on the stain for both railing and stair treads and did not give up until we were both satisfied.
