We parked Friday evening based on the permit that was clearly visible at the time (start date 12/16/25). By Saturday evening the car was gone, and the permit being displayed had different dates (start date 10/15/25) and had been stapled over the permit we saw the night before, obstructing notice and leaving no fair opportunity to move the car. When we talked to Will, he was entirely aware of the vandalism of our vehicle due to his wrongdoing and chose to do nothing about it. Afterward, communication was evasive and full of excuses instead of taking responsibility and reimbursing the costs. Extremely frustrating experience."
