"The task was to resurface a garage floor. They had to patch some areas, then apply a gray epoxy that was then sprinkled with a multicolored "flake". After the light colored epoxy had dried, there were dark blotches in it. I was told that because I had requested a light amount of flakes, they didn't cover the blotches. I said that no one had informed me that there would be blotches and that a heavy coat of flakes would have covered them. To make a long story short, Wes Meursing of Deck Waterproofing said they would totally resurface the floor so that I would be happy with the job. They quickly did so, and the floor now looks very good."
