He said he would be there within the hour and he was. Monty, the supervisor assessed the severity of the damage and was very kind. Gary, the owner then called me to let me what needed to be done. Air movers, dehumidifiers, dry wall needed to be cut-out, ceiling had to be dropped and new carpet. He contacted the insurance company and was able to relocate my tenants into a hotel for two weeks. The time it took to get the water damage completely redone. Gary stayed in contact with me providing me details as it was coming along. They packed out the furniture and made sure everything was safe into their warehouse. It looks fantastic. It was a smooth transition. I am so happy with the service and the care given by Gary."
