"I first called Parker Upholstery to re-do my large outdoor bench cushions that were originally custom made in 2013. It was a difficult task, but Parker Upholstery did a terrific job. They actually had the exact same sun-guard fabric and color! Owner Bobbie recommended an upgraded, less dense foam so moisture will drain better! The end product was even better then the original! On delivery day, I had Bobbie take 4 indoor cushions that needed re-stuffing to regain the original shape and look. No problem, they were promptly returned, good as new. I like that Bobbie does it right the first time!"

"Gary, the owner, sent his crew who arrived at the designated time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Prior to the cleaning I had a lot of questions and Gary was always responsive and kind, never frustrated with me, which could have easily happened, because not only did I ask him many questions, but, I also changed the date for the service two or three times as we had the So Cal May Gray which we hadn't seen in a number of years. The heat we had in the winter had disappeared and I needed for the carpet to be dry by the end of the day. The carpet and upholstery came out very well considering that both the sectional and the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The nap of the carpet came back and looks great. The area on the arms of the sectional where it was dirty from normal use they got it clean and the sectional looks great too. I will have Gary come and clean for us at least once a year if not every six months.
The cleaning took about 2 hours. We had him clean the living room, dining room, hallway and two bedroom plus the huge sectional. Everything was pretty much dry by 6pm. CCR did a great job

"Juana came and measured my apartment and picked out all of the furniture for each room. She helped me arrange everything and organize my stuff so that everything could be done for our comfort. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and now my apartment looks amazing. All of the furniture is super comfortable and beautiful. She came with great ideas to use our small space very effectively such as the breakfast nook in the dining room instead of just a standard table that would've taken a lot more space. My 2 year old loves his play area and now he has his own designated space that he loves. With our second on the way, I'm looking forward to working with Juana again to rearrange the bedrooms to accommodate the new baby!"

"I had a bench, an antique recliner, an office chair, a bucket chair and two swivel chairs reupholstered by Nino's. Pick up and delivery were great. Turn around time was great. The work quality was good to very good, not excellent, but for the price it was worth it. Their prices were very reasonable. My biggest issues are that they took it upon themselves to "fix" the arms of the recliner and the legs of the chair which were scratched, which I didn't ask for. I appreciate that they tried to go above and beyond, but refinishers they are not, and I was not happy with what they did. Also, I DID ask to have a loose leg on the bench fixed and when it was returned it was not fixed. The guy, Daniel, said he would fix it when he came back next time and wanted full payment. I refused full payment for that chair until it was done (I've gone down that road before). I paid for all the other chairs, and for most of the bench, but held back $100. He became VERY insistent. I stood my ground, but I started to feel uncomfortable. He finally said he would do it, came back with a power tool and passive-aggressively drilled the leg back in crookedly. At that point I was tired of all the back and forth and said nothing. Now I have a crooked leg on my bench that always reminds me of how uncomfortable that whole exchange was."
