"We had a window leak that needed to be repaired and door painting that to be completed. They were very helpful and came out right away to give us a quote and make the repairs. They took a little longer than expected but done the same day and overall we felt a very fair price for the work that needed to be done. Will definitely hire again for other small projects around the house! Thanks for everything!"

Small jobs welcome

I have 20 years experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles, building fences or sheds or gates, all different kinds of odds and ends jobs at a home. Ive repaired ac units, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, you name it ive fixed it. I can paint very well and install vinyl plank flooring. I can promise that every job I do I treat like a job for my own home. Ill never accept a job Im not experienced or able to finish timely and proudly. I have completely tore down and replanted the front yard like a pro. Ill dig or move dirt. Ive fixed the main sewer line in a home out to the street. Repaired roofing shingles and small sections of roof plywood. I can build things from wood. I also enjoy mowing lawns and completing all the small things at a home that has added up and needs to be done small things. Ive repaired the breaker box in a home before. I can do anything basically and I am pleasant to have arɔund and speak with.

Holiday Decorating questions, answered by experts

Christmas trees need about 100 lights per foot, so you would need 700 lights for a 7-foot tree.

Yes, you must use an extension cord specifically rated for outdoor use to power outdoor lights, such as Christmas lights. Extension cords intended for indoor use lack the protective properties to withstand exposure to outdoor elements. To safely hang and power lights outside your house or in your yard, always connect them to an outdoor power source using an outdoor-rated extension cord.

No, you shouldn’t insert an LED light into an incandescent socket. It usually won’t fit anyway, but in the unlikely chance that it does, its electrical demands are too different for it to work properly.

If you only need strands in safe and easy-to-reach locations and are sure of your electrical system, you can probably purchase and install lights yourself. To do this, carefully test your outlets to ensure there aren’t any sparks or other concerning issues. Your budget might also influence this decision, as going the DIY route can be significantly cheaper.

There aren’t many alternative methods to hanging Christmas lights on fascia without using clips. But if you don’t have fascia clips to hang your Christmas lights, you can use clothespins in a pinch. To do this, hold the strand of lights in place and clip it in place with the clothespin. Using nails or staples is never a good idea, as they can damage your fascia.
